Using this site means accepting the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The terms are governed by the law applying at the place of publication, and nothing in them removes a right you hold under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
What the site is
WCC Proceedings publishes editorial research: dated files recording what a trading platform claims and what public sources returned when we checked. The site sells nothing, holds no client money, executes no trades and offers no advice. It is not a broker, an introducer for any named platform, a fund, an adviser or a complaints service.
Permitted use
Read the site, quote it and link to it. Quotations should be accurate, should name WCC Proceedings and should link to the file quoted, so that a reader can see the date the check was run. Please do not republish a whole file, present our work as your own, or quote a verdict without the date attached, since a verdict without its date is a different statement from the one we published.
Automated collection that degrades the service for other readers is not permitted. Ordinary indexing is welcome.
Accuracy, dates and corrections
Findings describe searches performed on the dates shown. Circumstances change, registers are updated by their publishers, and a file that was accurate when written may become stale. We correct what is shown to be wrong and we publish what changed, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current.
Corrections are accepted from any person, including the operators of platforms we have filed, on the condition set out on the contact page: a source that can be checked independently. We do not remove files on request and we do not accept payment for altering, softening or delaying one.
Third party links and the registration form
External links and the third party registration form are provided for reference. We do not control those services and we do not endorse them. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and any contract you enter through them is between you and the party operating them.
The site can be paid when a reader uses that form. This is disclosed on every file and has no bearing on what a finding says.
No advice and no liability for trading decisions
Nothing published here is a recommendation to deposit, trade or refrain from trading. Decisions taken after reading this site are the reader's own. Leveraged products can lose more than the amount deposited, and no material on this site should be treated as a reason to consider any platform safe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents, including indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
Amended terms take effect when published, and the modified date at the top of this page shows when that happened. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the amended terms.
