Not a legal proceeding
The words case, file and finding are editorial terms describing how this site organises its work. They do not describe litigation, regulatory action or any formal investigation. We have no investigative powers, we cannot compel anyone to answer questions, and we bring no proceedings against any person or company.
The limits of a check
Every finding describes searches performed on a stated date using public sources. A search that returned nothing is a statement about that search on that day. It is not a clearance, not a warning and not proof of anything about the platform concerned. Registers and warning lists are updated by their publishers on their own schedules, and a platform's circumstances can change the day after we look.
Where a file records that we could not identify an operator, that record means precisely what it says and nothing further. It is not an allegation of dishonesty, and it should not be read as one.
Risk of loss
Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money rapidly, and losses can exceed the amount originally deposited. Automated systems do not remove that risk; they remove the pause in which a person might have chosen not to trade. Past performance, however described and by whomever, does not indicate future results. Anyone considering these products should assume the whole amount can be lost and should not use money they cannot afford to lose.

Some pages link to external sites and to a registration form operated by a third party. We do not control those destinations, we do not endorse them, and their terms and privacy practices are their own. The site can be paid when a reader uses that form, which is disclosed on every file, and that arrangement does not change what a finding says.
